Urban planning and architectural design, landscape design, structural & execution drawings ,feasibility studies ,all architectural & structure design works ,electrical, construction supervision and project management.

Project Description

The project includes planning, structural design and construction supervision of an external free access way that connects Dekheila port with the international coastal highway. Dekheila Port handles nearly 25% of Egypt trade, underway future extensions of port activities (containers, grain and general cargo) Which will double port through output requires an urgent improvement of poor port access roads which is currently mixed with residential activities. The project includes The construction of 2.2 km elevated 4 lane bridge starting from Dekheila port truck gates to over pass Dekheila port railway lines, Alex- Matrouh Road, Dekheila police road, and Om zeghow road connecting to a 4000 meter long 6 lanes access way constructed on salt ponds to freely connect to both direction of the international highway. The project includes more than 35000 m2 of bored pile works, 366000 m2 of proposed salt ponds road, concrete works for base, columns and frames and more than 8000 tons of steel frames and bridges deck in addition to 60,000m2 of road works, base and sub base and service roads, tunnels and box culverts for salt water process. The Project will handle more than 5000 trucks daily starting from 2017. Future extension (Phase 2) is planned inside Dekheila port, to serve specialized container gate area in 2018 to increase out an in bounds daily trucks to 8000 trucks daily.
