Project Description

The Omani Embassy in Cairo is a state of the art Office and residential building designed to be an architectural landmark at the heart of zamalek island. The style and finishing of the building is a modern example of Neo Islamic and Middle Eastern architecture with a luxurious and impressive interior design. The building depends on complex concrete and steel structure with two basements under the ground water level and equipped with variety of electrometrical, communications and information networks and infrastructural systems. The total value of project is expected to be 22 million US$ to be executed in 33- 35 months, and will require a high level of coordination and construction management taking into consideration the tight time schedule and site nature in the diplomatic quarter of midtown Cairo.
